What is your return policy?
Our business objective is to provide our clients with high quality products with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, simply return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable).
In order to process your request as quickly as possible and improve our products and services, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] via email to let us know why you are returning the item. We will then provide you the shipping address to our return facility and with the appropriate return merchandise authorization code, which is required before shipping any merchandise back to us. Please print the authorization code on the outside of the return package. Returned items without an authorization code will not be processed. We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling and insurance charges.
Returns may take up to several weeks to process once we have received the item. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have processed the returned merchandise. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.

Is this like the color code? Or any of the other personality tests?
