What are the system requirements for the Online Course?
- A Broadband / DSL connection. We recommend a minimum 1Mbs connection to the internet to view the videos. A connection greater than 3 Mbs will give you the best possible experience.
- A current browser, Internet Explorer 7 or newer, Firefox 2 or newer, Safari 3 or newer. Click Here to download the latest version of FireFox. This will provide you the best user experience, and works on PC or Mac Platforms
- Flash Version 9: Click Here to download latest Flash version
- Javascript and Cookies MUST be enabled. By default, they are. Though, on certain private networks, or certain company systems, administrators may block access to these components.
- The site has been tested on Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. Additionally, the site has been tested on Mac OSX. Use one of these operating systems for the best experience.
The videos aren’t loading:
This could be due to a couple different reasons. The most common reason is that you do not have Flash installed on your machine. Click Here to download the Flash Player. Additionally, the videos may not be loading due to your connection speed. This system requires a DSL / Broadband connection.

The videos don’t seem to be progressing.
The system counts on small pieces of code, or cookies, running on your computer to track where you are at in the course. Cookies must be enabled in order to access the course, so, if you are seeing this page, this may not be an issue. Still, certain security settings on various networks will allow cookies to exist for a certain period of time, or allow certain permissions.
