Thank-you for the letter about the energy profiling class I attended. I must say every class I take from Carol has been a life altering experience for me. I always feel her spirit and that brings me joy!! Since I took the class I do understand myself better and I have a peek into the personalities of people in my family and I understand them better than before. I have many “ah ha” moments that make sense to me now The book and EFT have all had a great impact on my life and the lives of my children. I am glad Carol listened to the spirit when she was prompted to follow her heart in this work. I hope I can help others the same way she has.”

“Learning my energy profile has helped me tremendously over the last 4 months. I admit I was a little resistant to the information, and really wasn’t sure I wanted to be a “two!” Having this information has had a profound impact on me since that time. I have come to accept who I am, and why I am the way I am. Previously I spent much of my time comparing myself to others, and wondering why I couldn’t be more “like them.” Now I am truly grateful for who I am, for the gifts I have as a “two,” and I have learned to be comfortable with myself! I really like myself now! (I’ ve also learned I really do like to go clothes shopping when I know what to buy!)”

“I found it very informative and interesting. I was not the energy type I thought I was and now that I’ve been paying attention I agree with the consultants. It has really helped me understand why my husband is the way he is, No more judgments just like they said. Now there is an understanding. I am looking forward to coming to more seminars/courses the future. i’m very interested in Dressing your truth. Working on saving up the money right now.”

“First, I was able to share the experience with my daughter and niece and her daughter. Since the class, my niece and I have bantered back and forth about the things we see in ourselves and others that help us understand the dynamics of each personality.Second, I recognize, almost daily, little quirks and some “bad” habits in myself that I want to change. I keep telling myself, “Stay focused!”, because I tend to go from one unfinished task to another. Even though I wind up at the starting line, and finish what the original task was, it doesn’t need to be that way. I can actually get it all done in sequence. I laugh at myself and just shake my head a lot.
I had some of my children read the paper on my energy and they agreed, it sounded like me. However, the part they more closely identified with was the weaknesses. The Strengths are areas for me to finally let flow through my life. I remember the different energy profiles by picturing the brain diagrams that you drew on the board. I have shared those with some others to help explain what I learned. When my husband acts/reacts a certain way, I picture the straight line in his brain going from point A-B and I just laugh……so much like him. So, yes, it has helped me in my relationships with my family members; from children to grandchildren. It’s lots of fun.”

I have finished reading your book “It’s Just My Nature.” Halfway through the book I spent an evening “bawling my head off.” ( No other book as ever rewarded me with this kind of reaction. And I have read many self-help books and taken many workshops!) I was not happy about being a type 1. I am sure I am a type 1 with type 3 as my secondary. I wanted to be a dominant type 3. I have been an entrepreneur for many years. Never getting anywhere with my home-based business. In the last few day I have become more aware of why I am drawn to the Washington Monument, Effiel Tower and those beautiful California Poppys. I caught myself using the word “transcend” this A.M. and it wasn’t relevant to the conversation. But I knew it was key to my being a type 1….I don’t have to feel stupid….I am just being me….yeepee!!!
